Conveyors and Automated Wrappers Help Ready Seal
The heart of the first Orion system Ready Seal is an MA rotary tower stretch wrapper that can wrap full loads at 18 revolutions per minute, enabling it to wrap between 50-65 loads per hour. It is fed by Orion-made powered conveyors moving loads at rates up to 40 feet per minute. It features Orion’s Insta-Thread® film delivery system that pre-stretches film at a standard rate of 260%.
